Hersha developed this course in response to the inquiries to make her three-week live trainings available online. This is a short, digestible way to experience meditation in a way that can suit any lifestyle, timing or ability.
Here's what students from her live trainings, have said about Hersha's meditation course:
"I have done Transcendental Meditation before but in Hersha's [live] course I have learnt many more techniques that will help me be more regular, like making time. Great metaphors used and very well explained approach. Thanks.”
— Rhys Turner
“This really helped me find the ‘calm in the storm.’ Although I was so stressed I couldn’t find 10 minutes to clear my mind, giving myself 10 minutes made me far more productive.”
— Pippa Williamson

Hersha has studied Yoga under the guidance of Sri Swami Satchidananda and his system of Integral Yoga since she was a child. She now runs Hersha Yoga: School of Teacher Training which offers 200-hour and yoga therapy training program. Hersha Yoga offers a therapeutic and inward-focused style of yoga as well. Hersha Yoga donates proceeds of all trainings to YAMA Foundation, a unique non-profit she co-founded (which brings yoga, arts and meditation to underserved and vulnerable communities in the poorest parts of Hong Kong).
She has taught in Hong Kong, New York, Spain, Gibraltar, Portugal, and India and has been featured publications including in South China Morning Post (SCMP), Asia Tatler, Global Health & Travel, Liv Magazine and Green Queen. Her meditation practice began in a monastery-style environment but she adapted the practice when she moved back to Hong Kong, started her business, birthed two beautiful children and founded YAMA Foundation. She knows the challenges with making a yoga and meditation practice consistent and mentors many yoga teachers who have on their own merit developed into authentic and successful people.
"Meditation does not have to be difficult or time consuming. This email course was the perfect introduction to meditation that left me wanting more."
